Xperience AI Academy

AI training for your business

AI training programmes and thematic tracks for leaders and teams in small and mid-sized companies, across Switzerland and International. A scoping stage beforehand, a tailored session, and a follow-up session ten days later.

The real barrier to AI in your company is not a technical one

The tools are already there. The licences are often already paid for. What is missing is a shared language within the leadership team, a clear-eyed view of the limits and the risks, and employees who know what to do with these tools in their actual work.

Without that foundation, AI projects stall at the pilot stage. Usage stays individual, undocumented, and sometimes outside any security framework. Our training exists to remove that blockage, before you commit a transformation budget.

Our position: we sell neither licences nor technology. We train your people on the tool you have chosen, in full independence. That is also what allows us to tell you what the tool cannot do.

Our AI training programmes and thematic tracks

Four ways to work with us, from a short session to a full thematic engagement.

Training

AI Fundamentals for Leaders

Half a day to give your leadership team and your staff the same reading of AI, its limits and its potential for your sector. The natural first step before any roadmap.

Format: half a day, in-house, on site or remote.

Training

Mastering Your AI Tool

Your teams finally get real value from the tool you already pay for. Microsoft Copilot 365, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Mistral, using your own use cases and your own internal framework.

Format: half a day or a full day, in-house.

Track

Thematic track

An immersive format of one or several days, focused on a specific profession or issue, co-facilitated with an expert partner. Skills 2030, AI and cybersecurity, AI and sustainability, AI for marketing and communications, AI for art direction…

Format: one to three days, in-house or as an off-site seminar.

Speaking

Speaking at your event

We speak at your company seminar, your annual general meeting or your client event. A talk calibrated to your audience and your sector.

Format: 45 minutes to 2 hours, on site or remote.

Our method: training does not stop when the session ends

Most of the learning takes hold in the days that follow, when participants apply it to their real files. That is why all our programmes follow the same four-stage sequence.

1. Scoping, before the session

A conversation with the sponsor and a discovery questionnaire sent to participants: current usage, actual level, expectations, tools already in place. The content is then adjusted to your context, never delivered off the shelf.

2. The session, interactive and applied

We work on your own processes and your own documents, not on generic examples.

3. The five-action plan, at the end of the session

Every participant leaves with five concrete actions to apply in their daily work, along with our recommended sources to stay up to date independently.

4. The ten-day follow-up session, included

A feedback session ten days after the training, included in all our formats at no extra cost. We remove the obstacles encountered, correct bad habits and measure actual adoption.

The ten-day follow-up session is included in our training programmes, to give the learning the best possible chance of lasting.

Our programmes in detail

Every programme is adjusted to your context during scoping. The outlines below are the reference structure.

Training

AI Fundamentals for Leaders

Our most requested format. Half a day in-house, structured in four blocks, to establish a shared language across your leadership and your teams, and to open up opportunities while remaining aware of the limits.

  • Understand: how generative AI actually works, and what it cannot do.
  • Govern: limits and responsible AI. Legal compliance (nFADP, GDPR, AI Act), data security, algorithmic bias, environmental impact.
  • Explore: a tailored overview of use cases and tools to decide better and faster, automate repetitive tasks, and strengthen communications and business development.
  • Steer: the success factors behind a real return on investment. Governance, AI policy, monitoring, organisational change.
  • Leave with a plan: the five actions to take after the session, and the sources to stay up to date.

Training

Mastering Your AI Tool

A programme tailored to the tool your company has chosen and to your priority use cases. The outline below uses Microsoft Copilot 365 as an example, and transfers directly to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Mistral.

  • How AI works, and the practices that lead to reliable results.
  • Limits and responsible AI: legal compliance, security, algorithmic bias, environmental impact.
  • A reminder of your own internal framework, where an AI policy is already in place.
  • Hands-on use of the interface and advanced features: memory and context, slash commands, model selection, saved and shared prompts, scheduled tasks, building and sharing assistants, creating agents…
  • Tailored use cases: information retrieval, day-to-day organisation (email, calendar, collaboration), meeting notes, data and file analysis, generating reports and presentations, creating professional visuals…
  • Automating with agents, for example through Copilot Studio.
  • The five post-training actions and the sources to stay up to date.

Speaking

AI talks at your seminars and events

You are organising a company seminar, an annual general meeting, a sales convention or a client event. We speak as a guest presenter to open up the subject of AI for your audience.

  • A preparatory conversation to understand your audience, your message and the context of the event.
  • A talk of 45 minutes to 2 hours, with or without a question and answer segment.
  • Concrete examples drawn from your sector, never a generic speech about AI.
  • Materials shared with participants and curated sources to take the subject further.

Our thematic tracks, delivered with partners

Our thematic tracks combine our AI expertise with that of a partner recognised in their own field, across a format of one or several days. At least half a day of artificial intelligence with Xperience AI, and at least half a day on the partner’s speciality.

Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum number of participants?

Our in-house training is designed for a maximum of 10 participants, to keep the session interactive and to allow work on your real cases. Beyond that, we either adjust the fee or split the group into several sessions, which generally produces better retention. A speaking engagement, by contrast, works comfortably for a full room.

What is the difference between a training programme and a thematic track?

A training programme is delivered by Xperience AI alone, over half a day or a full day. A thematic track is co-facilitated with a partner who is an expert in a specific profession or issue, over one or several days, with at least half a day devoted to artificial intelligence.

Do sessions take place remotely or on site?

Both are possible. We recommend on-site delivery for leadership fundamentals, where group dynamics matter a great deal, and we are happy to work remotely for tool training and follow-up sessions.

Our employees have no knowledge of AI at all. Is that a problem?

No technical prerequisite is required. The discovery questionnaire sent before the session is precisely what allows us to gauge the starting level and adapt the pace to the actual participants.

Do you work on our own data during the session?

Yes, and we recommend it, within your own security framework. During scoping we agree together which access rights, documents and processes may be used, and we systematically recall in session the applicable data protection rules (nFADP in Switzerland, GDPR in the European Union).

What gains can we expect?

We do not promise a productivity percentage. Gains depend on the tasks involved, the level of adoption and the quality of the framework put in place. What we estimate with you during scoping is the potential time freed up on the activities identified, so that you can judge for yourself whether the investment is worthwhile.

Do you work in France?

Yes. Xperience AI is based in Meyrin, in the canton of Geneva, and works regularly in France, including through Qualiopi-certified partners. Contact us so that we can look at the arrangements best suited to your situation.

What happens after the training?

A follow-up session takes place ten days later, included in our fees. If you then wish to structure a company-wide approach, our consulting offer covers the maturity audit, the costed roadmap and programme steering.

★★★★★

A fascinating and highly useful AI training session

We attended a training course on artificial intelligence that was fascinating, useful and genuinely enriching.

The course allowed us to discover a wide range of good practice and concrete solutions, while developing a critical eye on the issues surrounding data protection, whether personal or professional.

The teaching approach, combining theory and practice, was particularly well judged, with many examples, hands-on exercises and real interactivity.

We commend the great professionalism of Xperience AI, both for the quality of its content and for the relevance of its advice.
